Sherry Brown is a partner at D’Arcy + Deacon LLP, having joined the firm as an associate in July 2017 following her Call to the Bar. Before pursuing a career in law, Sherry earned a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master’s degree in Health Studies, and worked as a registered nurse across various practice settings before transitioning to the legal profession.

Sherry’s practice focuses primarily on Labour and Employment Law, where she advises and represents employers on all aspects of the employment relationship. Her work includes drafting employment agreements, conducting negotiations, resolving collective agreement matters, advising on terminations, and addressing human rights concerns. She also practices in the area of Disability Insurance Law, representing institutional clients.

Sherry has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba, advocating on behalf of a diverse range of clients.
