Donn is an associate with the Firm and practices corporate and commercial law, financing in business and real estate matters.  Donn has extensive experience with corporate matters (including corporate and limited partnership structures, corporate governance and shareholders agreements); commercial matters (acquisitions and dispositions, distribution agreements, and general contract matters); securities matters (including public and private offerings, continuous disclosure and registration matters); environmental and natural resources law, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and municipal law.

Prior to attending law school he received his Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Manitoba, majoring in Ecology.  Donn has and continues to volunteer with various non-profit groups in the community, incuding serving on the board and executive of Volunteer Manitoba Inc., The Kidney Foundation of Canada and Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association Inc.
