Robert's practice is limited to income tax and sales tax matters. Robert has practiced in these areas since 1981. He has advised both private and public corporations, trusts, partnerships, and individuals with respect to their income tax affairs. Representative transactions include general tax planning, estate planning, US cross-border planning, and corporate reorganizations. Over the years there have been a variety of special assignments including the transition of crown corporations to the public sector and international tax planning which involved jurisdictions in Europe and the Caribbean.
