Paul Kathler is a partner with the firm and joined D’Arcy and Deacon LLP in 2016. Paul’s practice is split primarily between civil litigation and administrative advocacy.

His civil litigation practice focuses on representing and advising clients on matters concerning contractual disputes, debtor/creditor litigation and collections, and builders’ liens. Paul has appeared before all levels of Court in Manitoba, and in the Federal Court of Canada representing a broad range of clients as both defence and plaintiff’s counsel.

Paul’s administrative practice has seen him appear before numerous administrative tribunals, boards, and municipal councils with a focus on rural and agricultural development issues and supply-managed products. These practice areas often see him work closely with the firm’s corporate group in support of transactions requiring regulatory applications or compliance assistance.
