Roger D. Gripp
Partner
Mr. Gripp is a senior partner with the firm and is one of the firm's three managing partners. He is a business lawyer and practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial, real estate, intellectual property and municipal law.
With respect to Mr. Gripp's corporate and commercial law practice he has extensive experience with acquisitions, dispositions and financing in business and real estate transactions, franchising, incorporations, corporate reorganizations and amalgamations, and the creation of limited partnership investment structures.
Mr. Gripp is a registered trademark agent. His intellectual property practice and experience extends to all areas of trademark and copyright law on behalf of authors, publishers, artists and businesses.
Mr. Gripp also provides advice to various Manitoba cities, towns, municipalities, local government districts and their councils on all aspects of their legal responsibilities, including land transactions, land development, development agreements, shared services agreements, by-law drafting and enforcement, expropriations, as well as governance issues.
