Evan Chrusch is an Associate at D’Arcy + Deacon LLP with a practice focused on litigation.

He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Manitoba where he majored in criminology and graduated with his Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in 2016. He then attended the University of North Dakota School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2019.

Evan was called to the Bar in 2022 and has represented clients at all levels of court in Manitoba. In addition to his work as a litigator, Evan also has a background as a criminal defence lawyer and has successfully defended against a broad array of criminal charges. He joined D’Arcy + Deacon LLP in 2025.

In his spare time, Evan enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a lifelong love of performance cars and snowmobiles.
