Sukh Brar joined D’Arcy + Deacon LLP as an Associate in April 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he completed his articles with a focus on criminal defence, appearing regularly before both the Provincial Court and the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba.

Sukh now practices in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, and business law.

Sukh earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2021 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2022. During his time at the Robson Hall Faculty of Law, Sukh participated in the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic, providing legal support to local entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Outside of his legal practice, Sukh enjoys playing basketball and football, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
