We understand the importance of providing clear and concise answers to our clients' concerns.

We are also skilled in providing advice to chartered banks, credit unions, trust companies, economic development funds, insurance companies involved in lending and a range of other private lenders with respect to secured transactions, financial reorganizations, debtor and creditor arrangements, as well as all aspects of financing, securitization and realization. We understand the services such lenders are willing to provide to their clients and we work with both lenders and borrowers to ensure a mutually satisfactory resolution to their business dealings.

We assist our clients in all aspects of commercial real property transactions. We act for purchasers, vendors, lenders, contractors, developers, property managers, condominium corporations, landlords and tenants. We also act for real estate investment funds, particularly through specialized limited partnership structures which are unique to Manitoba. We regularly represent clients before municipal boards and tribunals concerned with construction or project development, taxation, or use and conveyance of residential, commercial or industrial real estate.
