Peter Aiello is an associate at D’Arcy & Deacon LLP. He articled in the area of Criminal Law with Gindin, Wolson, Simmonds, Roitenberg in 2020, and then practiced Criminal Law for one year from 2021 to 2022 with Wolson Roitenberg Robinson Wolson Minuk. During that time, he appeared in Manitoba’s Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench, and Manitoba’s Court of Appeal. He now practices Litigation with D’Arcy & Deacon LLP.

Peter received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota, School of Law in 2019 where he was selected to be a member of the Order of the Barristers. He then received his Certificate of Qualification in 2020 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in May of 2021. Prior to law school, Peter obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) at the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business, majoring in Finance, and he obtained his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Manitoba, majoring in Philosophy while minoring in Economics.

In his spare time, Peter enjoys playing soccer, chess, and reading novels.
