Barristers and Solicitors

Samantha joined D'Arcy & Deacon LLP as an articling student in March of 2024. 

Samantha received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law in December 2022 and received her Certificate of Qualification from the NCA in December 2023. During her time in law school, Samantha was an active board member for several student organizations, including the Canadian Law Students Society and the Law Students Wellness Association. She competed in her school’s Internal Moot Court Competition, where she argued as a finalist in front of the North Dakota Supreme Court justices and was awarded Best Appellee Brief. Prior to law school, Samantha received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
