Richard M. Rice

Mr. Rice is a partner in the firm and a former member of its Management Committee. A member of the Canadian Bar Association, Mr. Rice conducts a corporate and commercial law practice.

Mr. Rice has extensive experience in: acquisitions, divestitures and financing of real estate properties, corporate assets, shareholdings and partnership interests; Corporate law, including organization and structure; Estate matters, planning and administration.

Prior to specializing in corporate and commercial law, Mr. Rice conducted a general practice that included appearances in all Manitoba Courts and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Mr. Rice serves as legal and business counsel for closely-held corporations, real estate developers, and represents a variety of commercial lending institutions.

Mr. Rice is married and has adult children.
