Ken has lived and worked in Winnipeg his entire life. He was called to the bar in 1997, and joined D'Arcy & Deacon LLP in August 2009. His preferred areas of practice are commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, privacy and access law, and he also represents a number of survivors of the Residential Schools program. Ken has appeared at all levels of court in Manitoba as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He has presented a number of seminars on creditors' rights and privacy and access law.
