Mr. Brown practices mainly in the area of business and commercial law. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate matters, secured transactions and a wide variety of business acquisitions and sales. He also advises clients on matters concerning corporate law, commercial leasing and wills and estates.
Mr. Brown is married and has four children. He enjoys sports, fishing and coaching soccer. He is an active member of the Glendale Golf and Country Club.
