Mr. Morry is a senior associate in the firm. His legal practice primarily involves the field of corporate and commercial law.
Mr. Morry's corporate and commercial practice covers a broad range of areas, including, corporate finance, commercial real estate, land development, wills and estates, secured transactions with emphasis on mortgage enforcement remedies and creditors' rights. He is corporate and general counsel for an established Winnipeg land development company and is counsel to financial institutions based in Toronto, Winnipeg and other centres regarding financial matters, mortgage transactions, refinancings, foreclosures, and extensive creditor-debtor issues, particularly in relation to real property.
Mr. Morry has been a partner, as well as a senior associate of two medium size Winnipeg law firms, prior to joining the firm.
