Mr. Harley is a partner in the firm and conducts a commercial practice with a particular emphasis on corporate and commercial transactions, real estate and estate law. Mr. Harley has extensive experience in securitizations and other personal property secured transactions, acting as counsel to lenders and borrowers. In addition, he has considerable experience in real estate law involving acquisitions, financings and security enforcement, acting as counsel to several major lending institutions.
Mr. Harley serves as a member of the board of directors of a number of companies and made numerous appearances in his practice before various boards and administrative tribunals. He has lectured at and participates in seminars related to his practice.
Mr. Harley is an active member of the Winnipeg Winter Club and the Winnipeg Squash Racquet Club. He is married and has two children.
